On twelve two-page spreads, children learn all about the realm of animals in this special volume: Who do the lamb and kid belong to? What can ants do? Where do mussels live? What are the birds doing on top of the rhinoceros? What does the hummingbird eat?
In a selection of over 100 animals, this book shows what creatures live on the barnyard, in the meadow, in the park, in the forest and in the ocean. Inhabitants of the savannah, jungle and arctic regions are introduced as well. Children will learn to recognize the animals, and through numerous flaps will also discover some unique features. With highly naturalist and moving illustrations.
