During their first months of life, babies are mainly busy looking and exploring. This accordion book is perfectly tailored to the needs of the little ones: high-contrast images, bright colors and high-quality tactile elements. Babies can explore the motifs with different senses and train their perception while doing so: the book is smooth but the dog is fluffy. This folding book doesn't have pages in the classical sense, instead consisting of two long panoramic pages that can also be stood upright – ideal for tummy time to strengthen babies' neck muscles while they're lying on their tummies. The Illustrator

Irmgard Eberhard was born in 1952 in Günzburg an der Donau, Germany. She would have liked to be a preschool teacher, but she also enjoyed drawing so she decided to study graphic design in Augsburg and Berlin. For five years she was an editor and artist for the children's magazine "spielen und lernen." She currently lives near Hannover and is a freelance graphic designer and illustrator.
