The Author
Maria Höck, born in Zell am See (Austria) in 1991, is a freelance children's book editor, author and translator. She trained as a bookseller and studied book science in Munich and digital publishing in Oxford. After working as a publishing editor and product manager, she set up her own text studio. She lives with her family in Munich.
The Illustrator
Dirk Hennig, born in 1972, studied Graphic Design. He has been working as an illustrator for various publishing houses, specialising in children's books.
