The time has finally come! Isy's class is planting the new school garden. The school clubs are growing tomatoes, planting fragrant basil and building birdhouses. Soon everything is green and blooming and Isy is looking forward to the harvest. But a nasty surprise awaits them one morning: someone has vandalized a garden bed! Isy, Fee, Moritz and Yasim know that they need to find out quickly who is behind this because a classmate is throwing suspicion on Isy. Luckily, she has a plan.

The Author

Annette Neubauer, born in 1963, preferred reading thrilling books as a child rather than playing with dolls. After graduation she studied and got her Master degree in history, German and Russian. In 2000 she became self-employed with a pedagogical practice and began her activity as a writer. Since then, she has published numerous books that have already been translated into many languages. In 2009 she finally took the plunge and now lives as a freelance children's book author.

The Illustrator

Laura Rosendorfer lives with her husband and two daughters in a small blue house near Munich. After a detour into American literary history, she studied communication design. She has been a freelance illustrator for various companies and publishers since 2015. When the hustle and bustle gets too much and the computer screen too bright, she escapes outside to the flower beds. That's where she prefers to sit and draw.
